Basic Knowledge about the Current Taxation Structure.

Position: Plant Head

Experience: Minimum 5 years (with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in Solar Industry)
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Industrial Management (Master’s preferred)

Job Description:

Oversee end-to-end plant operations ensuring smooth manufacturing processes.
Develop and implement production schedules with focus on quality & safety.
Manage budgets, optimize cost efficiency and resource utilization.
Drive continuous improvement to enhance quality, reduce waste & boost productivity.
Ensure compliance with ISO, 5S, environmental, health & safety standards.
Collaborate with R&D, QA & Supply Chain teams for innovation & process enhancement.
Lead, mentor and develop plant staff fostering a high-performance culture.
Maintain strong technical oversight of solar component production processes.

Position: Quality Manager – Senior QC Professional

Pay: ₹40,000.00 – ₹90,000.00 per month
Experience: Senior Level (QC / QA professional, preferably from Electronics or Chemical industry)
Qualification: Preferably IIT Graduate / PhD / Equivalent
Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh
Industry: Manufacturing – EVA Sheets & Backsheets for Solar Panels
